University preferences

In the Application Form, you must select two university preferences with subsequent course choices. Once you are shortlisted for the Scholarship, the Australia Awards in Pakistan office will send your request for placement to the first preference university. If admission is rejected by the first preference university the request for placement is sent to the second preference university.

If an awardee is not offered admission in both preference Universities the Scholarship Offer is withdrawn.

University Offer made

Following the university assessment of your application, they will either provide Full Offer of Admission, Conditional Offer of Admission (for awardees who do not provide their IELTS scores at the time of application) or Reject the application all together.

Placement

Securing a place in a course at a university in Australia is administered by the Australia Awards Pakistan office.

A Placement Offer is mostly returned within 21 working days of receiving the Request for Placement, for coursework students, and within 35 working days for research students, by the University.

Make sure you study the university admission requirements carefully. Some universities may require additional information besides that supplied by the Australia Awards Pakistan office with your application. Please supply the required information requested by the university to facilitate the placement process.
